Self Shielding & Protection

As crazy energies abound it is important to shield and protect yourself. This can be done in many ways & I have been guided to teach you one right here and now so that you can use it straight away.

This is a powerful visualisation technique to shield & protect yourself from outside energies. Use this when you are feeling attacked, psychically or otherwise.

Visualise yourself and then visualise placing huge selenite crystals (pictured here) to make a large circular wall around you.

This wall will enclose you and deflect all other energies away from you.

Anyone trying to attack you will have their energy deflected back onto them.

Selenite is a powerful crystal which transmutes negative energies and protects.
