The Healing Path Within is the perfect bedside table book of daily guidance to help you on your healing path within.
On waking read the day’s message and use the guidance as a daily meditation, something to keep in your awareness for the day. Say the affirmation to yourself or out loud, once in the morning, once in the evening or throughout the day too.
You might like to reread the message at the end of the day, before you sleep, to gain further insight.
You may also use the book as an oracle tool. Ask your angel guides a question and then open the book at random. The page that you have opened will have your angel guide’s answer.
