Our minds are our creator super power source. We create with our minds focus. Whatever we focus on we will experience in our lives. You know how to manifest: focus on what you want & not on what you don't want. That should be easy! I want more money. I want $20,000, $20,000, $20,000, $20,000, how good would it be to have $20,000 in the bank?, I'd love it, I could do so much with $20,000, I could go shopping, I should put that shopping away, oh there's the receipt, shit that was expensive, damn I have that big bill due in 3 days, how am I going to pay for that,... Before you know it your mind has taken you right back to your usual point of attraction & you are actively attracting all kinds of money chaos into your life again. How can we stay focused on what we want?Your subconscious mind is full of beliefs, these beliefs are your base operating system & you will return back to that base operating point until you choose to change something. When you choose to change something it requires your effort, not only to remain focused on what you want, but to eliminate the beliefs in your subconscious mind that are opposing what you want. This requires you to face your resistance. It requires you to be honest with your default operating mode. It requires you to ask yourself why you don't believe you can have what you want. It requires you to heal & release all of the things that are within you that are opposing what you want. Then when you focus on what you want, it will be easy to remain focused on it. How can you heal & release all of your conflicting beliefs?1. Identify each conflicting belief. This can be done in meditation by simply asking yourself what your resistance is & believing the answer. 2. Seek the reason that this belief is not true & identify a truer belief to replace it. 3. Stand in front of a mirror & look directly into your eyes. Address your subconscious mind as follows "Subconscious mind, thank you for protecting me with this belief for so long. I now know it not to be true. *new belief* is actually true. I have got this now, you don't need to protect me any longer." It's as simple as that. Then once you have found the hundreds of conflicting beliefs & released them, you can focus on what you want & in time your mind will be able to remain focused on it.
