Have you been seeing 555 everywhere lately? I certainly have. Perhaps it's because we're coming to the end of May, the 5th month. Perhaps it's because I recently turned 55. Or perhaps it's because change is simply in the air. Over the last few weeks, I've watched people around me make sudden and unexpected changes. Friends leaving my little island with very little notice. People changing direction, moving house, ending relationships, starting new chapters and letting go of old ones. And now we close out the month with a Blue Full Moon. Full moons are about letting go to make space for the new. It's blue because it's the second this 5th month of the year, that's a lot of letting go energy! In spiritual circles, 555 is often associated with change, transformation, and a shift into a new chapter. Whether you believe in angel numbers or not, it certainly feels as though many of us are standing at a crossroads right now. My question is: Are you creating space for the change you say you want? The Universe Loves a Vacuum Nature demonstrates this beautifully. Imagine a garden. You carefully choose the seeds you'd like to grow. You plant a seed them with hope. You water them faithfully. You visualise the beautiful flowers, vegetables, or fruit trees that will eventually emerge. But what if you never pull the weeds? What if the garden is already overcrowded? What if every patch of soil is occupied by plants that no longer belong there? You can keep planting new seeds over and over again. Yet they will struggle to grow because there simply isn't enough room. The sunlight is blocked. The nutrients are being used elsewhere. The space is already occupied. Many of us approach our lives in exactly the same way. We plant seeds of intention. We make vision boards. We pray. We meditate. We visualise. We wish. We ask for more abundance. More love. More purpose. More freedom. More joy. Yet sometimes we forget to pull the weeds. The old beliefs. The old stories. The old commitments. The old fears. The old identities we've outgrown. The clutter in our homes. The clutter in our schedules. The clutter in our minds. The clutter in our energy. When we clear what no longer belongs, we create fertile ground for what we've already planted. Sometimes the thing we've been asking for isn't missing. It's simply waiting for room to grow. Creating Space for What's Next This is something I've been actively doing myself recently. You may have noticed some changes. I've been simplifying my website. Streamlining my offers. Clarifying my message. Removing things that no longer feel aligned. Not because they were bad. Simply because they were taking up space. Space that could be used for something more focused, more impactful, and more aligned with the work I most love doing. The result has been a new direction: Helping people identify and transform the hidden patterns that keep showing up in their lives. The relationship patterns. The money patterns. The self-worth patterns. The overgiving patterns. The patterns we often can't see clearly ourselves. I've also recently re-focused my Facebook community around this theme, creating a space for people who are ready to break through, heal, and create lasting change. If that sounds like you, I'd love to welcome you. 🩵 Join the community: http://facebook.com/groups/UnlockYourHiddenPatterns

As spirits in human form we are particularly sensitive to the universal energies and cycles. These cycles are also reflected in the rest of the universe. Not only do we reflect universal energy cycles, so do the planets and stars, and in particular the moon. It can seem like we are reacting to the moons cycles, but really we are reacting along with the moon. Just as our breath cycles - the in breath being a creative force and the out breath being a releasing force - so does the whole of the universe cycle in creation and release. The moons phases act as an indicator of this cycle. So whether you pay attention to, or hold significance in, the moon, the planets, or the stars, you are still being affected by the same universal energies as they are. We can use the moon as an indicator of this universal in breath and out breath to our advantage. If we focus our attention onto what will work best for us whilst under these universal energies, we will benefit from that energy boost. If we use the moon as an indicator of where the universe is in the creation and release cycle, we can consciously create and release more within ourselves. The universal out-breath practice: full moon practice. Every full moon get a piece of paper and write the following on it: All of the experiences that you would like to release All of the emotions that you would like to release All of the thoughts that you would like to release Anything else unwanted that you would like to release Place this piece of paper on your vision board if you have one, or in a safe place in your house. It does not need to be visible. You do not need to read through it again; the original writing of it has set those wheels of manifestation in motion. Return to this list on the next full moon and read it. Notice how many things you have released from that list since you wrote it. Notice how many of them are in the process of releasing or that you have already started dealing with. This will show you just how much you progress in life. Discard the list and start the whole process again. Happy releasing! Let us know your experiences in the comments below or what you have released with this practice.
