Letting go of the past & moving forward into new beginnings

You might have noticed that change is in the air. Many of us have been through trying times lately, emotional triggers have come up to show us all where our resistances to the flow of life lie in the hope that we release them.

I feel compelled to write some information about what is going on, to make it easier on all of you.

We're in the middle of an ascension process. Ascension means raising our vibration. Ascension happens when we die, our energy goes from the slower physical energy up to the faster pure spirit energy. But right now we are ascending in our physical bodies, which means our vibration is raising while we are staying in our physical bodies.

This has meant that we have had to be in a constant process of change & release. Deciding what we want and quickly being shown what it is within us that is holding us back, for us to release it so that our energy can raise, and so on.

In the last couple of weeks, especially around the harvest full moon this month (September 2013) the universal energies have stepped up to encourage us to release more and more and faster.

We are headed to a time where we will be consciously co-creating with our spiritual teams (the group of spiritual beings which we are a part of). In order to have more conscious access to them we need to align with their vibration - we need to raise our vibration to meet them, otherwise known as letting go of everything that is holding us back from doing that naturally.


So right now it's as though our spiritual teams are floating above us reaching down for us and we are reaching up to them and jumping but we have backpacks on, and great big rocks under our arms and so much baggage that we can hardly get off the ground.

Therefore we need as many tools as we can to be able to let go to join them. I have been passing these tools on over the last few years and here is another of those tools:

In order to let go of the past (and all that goes with it like guilt, shame, regret, etc.) we can view our past as a past life. 

To get into the present without any past energy affecting you you can view yourself as living every day as if it is a lifetime in a day.

Every evening when you go to bed give thanks for the lifetime that you lived in that day and look forward to the new lifetime that you will live tomorrow. 

Whenever something comes up to remind you of your past, remind yourself that that was the old you, a past lifetime you, with no affect in the now.

This will help us to get into the flow easily. The flow is when we feel good, we are relaxed, we are ready for whatever is next, but we are not pushing forward. We love where we are at right now, we love ourselves and we are excited for what is next.

Our spiritual teams have our path ready for us, they know what we want, they are on the same team as us! All we need to do is join them, be a high enough vibration so that they can reach us and work together with us.

Do not make the mistake of judging external results or goals as a measure of how well you are letting go. Right now it is like we are letting go of the past and our baggage just in preparation for the new beginning. It's like we are stepping up to the start line and being happy to wait at the start line warming up in preparation for the main event.

Have a feeling of happiness for where you are at right now, happiness for the perfection that is you and be eager for the next stage.

Exciting times are coming as all of us embody our spiritual selves and bring through our gifts for each other. Anybody who ever did anything great was inspired by their higher self and their spiritual teams - in fact we are all channels of divine inspiration in our unique fields of passion if we allow ourselves to follow those passions. The time that we are in right now is moving us all toward that great state of being.
