 Before we can bring into our lives the changes that we are really wanting, we need to release everything that stands in our way. This can be as simple as having a clear out in your house. We can accumulate years worth of stuff in our houses, this stuff has old energy, it matched our past energy and you'd be surprised just how powerful it is to have a clear out! I spent the day yesterday clearing out my healing room, finding crystals that were for sale on my old website and also finding documents from previous businesses, old signage from my shop, so much stuff that has nothing to do with my present day life. So my recycling bin is full and I feel organised and ready for the changes that I want. Autumn is a great time for a clear out. The trees are shedding their leaves, so join them in releasing. But it's powerful at any time of the year., so don't wait for Autumn! There are the more difficult things to release like negative beliefs, past hurt, negative patterns,... Write down everything negative that you want to release today and go through the list one at a time, look yourself in the eyes in a mirror, and say this: "Even though ........ I deeply & completely love & accept myself. I forgive myself & anyone else involved. I set myself free!" Cross them out one at a time as you have release them. You can even burn the piece of paper when you're finished, too! Do this practice regularly & you will open up doors of magical opportunity in your life.
