Wouldn't it be great to feel so good every day that great things manifest for you without having to try too hard? The good news is that it is possible, the only thing that you need to do is the inner work that makes you get to that great feeling place that manifests magically. 3 steps to that magical state: 1. Intend to feel good right now Set your intention that you want to feel good now & make choices that feel good to you. If you find yourself thinking about something that makes you feel bad, become aware of that & shift your thoughts to something that feels good. If you find yourself looking pessimistically at life, reframe your thoughts about it, what if it's all good & is leading you to amazing things? If you find yourself doing something that doesn't make you feel good, stop doing it or if it really needs to be done & nobody else can do it, make it into a game, put some happy music on to change your mood, do it with someone else whilst laughing. If you find yourself worrying about something, take some deep breaths, focus on the fact that at this moment in time you are okay, there is nothing missing & you can choose to feel good now. 2. Do daily practices that make you feel good When you wake up jump up & down & exclaim "What awesomeness awaits me today?" Put on some happy music. Exercise in a way that you love. Go through a list of things you appreciate about yourself while you shower. Use that gorgeous body scrub. Put on your favourite dress. Eat your favourite breakfast on your favourite plate. Write your thoughts & feelings in a journal to get them out of your head. Put your hand on your heart & read your personalised vision poster out loud Get out into nature. Call a good friend. Go to your favourite cafe. Do the work you love. Tie up loose ends, complete jobs, fix things, sort the things out that have been dragging your energy down. Go get the ingredients for your favourite meal & invite someone over to share it with you. Pick up a bottle of your favourite wine. Smile at a stranger. Help someone out. Think of all the things you appreciate about your day before you fall asleep. 3. Connect with your higher self for guidance Have a daily spiritual practice so that you are connected with inspiration. Face your resistances & heal them. Feel your emotional state & if something doesn't feel good take action, release it or heal it, or both. Ask for help from the universe to feel better. Ask to be inspired. When inspiration comes make sure it feels good then take action. Get a reading for guidance. Allow yourself to be supported by your higher self. Get aligned with your higher self. See yourself & your life from your higher self's point of view. Meditate regularly. Take quiet time alone to get back to yourself. Relax more. Know that you are on the path to everything you want. The only way to manifest whatever you want is to change how you are feeling, there are many things you can do every single day to feel good besides these suggestions. Thank you so much for this beautiful post! I love every point you mentioned in it :) Another daily practice for me is to mindfully prepare myself a cup of coffee or tea...I am not sure why but it brings me such a calm and peaceful feeling.

Great one Ronja, I'm sat in bed right now with my mindfully prepared cup of white chai & I large glass of liquid chlorophyll water - another great way to treat yourself well!
