Trauma, when not healed & released at the time of experiencing it, leads to holding a negative attachment. This is felt as an emotional charge around the subject which often leads to us to self-medicate in order to not feel the emotional pain & constant anxiety that the unresolved trauma gives us. It can often look like: emotional dependency on alcohol/drugs, emotional overeating, caring for others & forgetting yourself/1 way relationships. limerence/romantic fantasy, an inability to do better in life.
When trauma is left unresolved the energy & conditions of the trauma persist: you literally manifest the same story over & over again. The good news is that trauma doesn't need to be this never-ending legacy of pain: it can be healed & released in the present day. You can be free of this & experience a lighter life full of freedom, love & joy.
Healing happens in layers & it requires time to integrate the healing steps you take, therefore we will have 6 weekly sessions 1:1 via video or audio call together to laser focus on your healing & recovery.
