We all need a way to spiritually connect with our inner selves, our higher selves or with the universe or God depending on your beliefs.

The way in which we do that is as individual as our fingerprints.

Often people can get very frustrated trying to connect in one particular method, such as meditation, thinking that they should reach a feeling of bliss and enlightenment from it, yet only feel frustration at not being able to master it.

Often those very same people have something that they do which takes them to the state that they are looking for, but because it's not called meditation or prayer or connection they dismiss it as being not the same thing. This can take many forms such as walking on the beach, gardening, painting, spending time in nature, etc.

There are so many ways to reach this state of connection and meditation is just one of those ways.


There are also many different kinds of meditation too!

Just as we have our unique way of feeling that universal connection, we all have our preferred ways of meditating and those can change depending on the particular challenges that you are currently facing.

It's for this reason I have created this 7 week meditation class.

You will be introduced to 7 different types of meditation, some you might have come across or tried before, others I guarantee that you will never have heard of - because they were taught to me direct from spirit, so if you haven't done this class already, you haven't heard about them or tried them before!

My aim is to equip you with 7 different meditation practices, allow you to practice them for a week each, then you can decide which are your favourite and use them daily.

I like 4 of these meditation practices and use all 4 regularly. Some are better when I'm feeling tired, others are better when my mind is hyped up.
