This is a personal review of Miessence's Deep Green Alkaliser by Claire Louise Hay

I love this product! This is an every day essential for me, as I know how important it is not only to alkalise, but to get these dense nutrients into me each day.

I started to have it from a shaker cup first thing in the morning until I started to make myself green smoothies for breakfast instead - then I decided to put this into my organic energy balls instead.

Here's the recipe:
Mix the dry ingredients together first.
3 teaspoons of Miessence Deep Green Alkaliser
3 teaspoons of Miessence Berry Radical
A cup of organic Hemp Protein
A cup of organic LSA (Linseed, Sunflower and Almond meal)

Then mix in the wet ingredients.
A tablespoon of local organic honey.
A tablespoon of raw macadamia butter (other nut butter can be used)

Add a little water (or almond or rice milk) to the mixture so that it will form balls in your hands. Roll the amount of a golf ball in your hands (they will go bright green!) and then roll that in bee pollen to coat it and pop into a container. Do the same with the rest of the mixture and pop into the fridge.

Making incredibly nutritious snacks for the whole of the day that you can enjoy knowing it's only doing you good!
