Breath is our teacher.
You can notice your own breath and how it changes to give you clear guidance on whether what you are thinking, feeling or doing is right for you.
If you are not sure about something check in with your breath, then think of what you are unsure of, has your breath slowed or quickened?
Also, when we are practising yoga, notice your breath, if it's strained at all, then you are pushing too far.
