This week the universal energies are asking us all to let go of any small thoughts about ourselves. It's time to own our self-worth, self-belief and self-appreciation so that we can fulfil our true callings. In fact this week we are being asked to take ownership of everything in our lives, everything we have manifested and created in our past and present, everything that we are, everything that we have held onto which needs to be released.
It's a week of realisations of who you really are, you might find that others tell you something about yourself which you weren't really owning yet. These might be good to own or hard to own, but own them you must!

All of this inner work is in preparation for your being able to fulfil your true role here. This cannot be done by belittling yourself, it cannot be done by keeping yourself down, it cannot be done by hiding away, it cannot be done by refusing to accept who you are. It can only be done by owning and accepting your greatness, accepting the balance of energy coming your way by being open to receive the balance that is owing to you and that will come to you by your fulfilling your true role, owning your ideas and who you really are.

You are a magnificent creator spirit, capable of creating any experience that you desire. You are, and have always been, going well.

Positive Life Journalling by Claire Louise Hay, is a way of turning your life around by not only causing you to focus on the positives in your life, but also by highlighting your problems in order to find solutions.

To manifest anything requires us to focus on what we want, and also to feel good about it at the same time. Without those two ingredients mixed together we will not experience what we want to.

Keeping a Positive Life Journal keeps you focused on what it is that you want. 
If we let our minds alone try to remain positive it is very easy for them to slip into negative thinking or feeling when we believe we are being positive. Keeping a Positive Life Journal allows you to notice when you are slipping into negativity and when you are feeling negative about what you want.

When you allow your mind to go over and over problems or frustrations in your life you will create more similar problems, attracting them right toward your matching energy. Keeping a Positive Life Journal allows you to get the problem out of your head in order for the solution to find you.

If that hasn't sold the idea to you yet, then how about I tell you that I have been keeping mine for only 4 days now and I have experienced same-day or next-day manfiestations and solutions for the things that I have been writing in it?

Transform your life with a Positive Life Journal!

First of all get yourself a journal, a special diary for this purpose, a notebook, or use an app like Evernote for your computer, iPad or iPhone. There are plenty of great ways to record information like this now, just make sure it's easy and accessible to you, because you might want to record in your Positive Life Journal several times each day.

Commit to keeping this Positive Life Journal at least once a day. You can start in the mornings and/or evenings until you experience how powerful it is and want to start adding to it throughout the day.

Each day start by writing about what you are thinking and feeling. Do not try to limit this to be all positive, let it all flow. You can tell the journal what you have been doing, where your mind has been, where your focus has been, what you have experienced, what is frustrating you, what you want, what you hope for, what you wish for,... whatever you are thinking about and feeling.

Now read what you have written with an awareness of the positive and negative focuses and for each. You're not just looking for the problems and the frustrations; you're also looking for those things that you want but you're not feeling positive about receiving, or the wishes that you have that you feel desperation for because they haven't arrived yet. Read through your journal entry piece by piece allowing your emotional state to tell you whether each sentence has a positive or negative force behind it. Does each part make you feel joy or feel down?

Then for all of the negative feeling sentences: write in your journal the positives about this.

A problem/frustration example:
"I still didn't manage to put the audio book on my iPhone, I have been trying to do this for 6 months now. iTunes is driving me crazy not working like this. Why don't they fix it? It took my mood from great to frustrated and left me feeling that way for the rest of the day."
The positive entry about this:
"I'm glad that this is coming up for me again so that a solution can come my way. It would be great to have that audio book on my iPhone. I welcome the solution coming my way, not only to have that audio book on my iPhone, but also so that I don't have to have this frustrating experience again. I'm glad of the chance to exercise releasing frustration again, too. My life flows so positively in most areas that it's kinda good to see that some things can still shake me and there is still some inner work to do."

A wanted example:
"I wish I had the new bed already. I got so close to saving the money for it last year for it all to go on bills that needed to be paid. I wish the universe would just give me this bed already."
The positive entry about this:
"I have manifested so many amazing things in my time. It seems that when I manage to ask for something and let go of it, without getting attached to it and starting to feel bad about it, then things manifest really quickly. Last year the money lesson was about something else completely, it wasn't about this bed. I release the attachment that I had to that negative experience and my new bed. The universe isn't withholding this bed to punish me. The universe wants me to have this new bed as much as I want it. It's just waiting for me to allow it into my experience by feeling good about it. The new bed is so nice, it matches our bedroom so well, it's sooooo comfortable and big! I love that feeling of oozing into one of those new memory foam matresses. It would be so good to have crisp new sheets and beautiful new bedding for our new sized bed. I'm excited that this bed is heading in my direction and I am opening myself up to receiving it now."

Turning the negative feeling entries into positives might take some practice and you might need some help with that. Persevere with it and you will experience when what you have written has successfully turned your feelings around from negativity to positivity. You will experience it because what you are wanting will manifest. When you experience a manifestation look back at the entries about it and pay attention to how you turned your feelings around. Apply this same method to your next entries and you will achieve the same success.

Finally write all of the things that you are grateful for in that day. This final step will take you from just feeling good to feeling joyful.

Recording of your thoughts and feelings into your Postitive Life Journal will give you:
A clear idea of where your negativity is still being held, so that you can release it.
A quick release of the negativity.
A new positive focus for the things that you want.
Quick finding of solutions.
Super quick manifestations.

You've read all about the law of attraction. You're saying the affirmations. You're asking for more money. You're doing it all only it's not showing up yet!!! What is going on? Let me tell you.

In order to manifest abundance we are required to release all of our blocks to receiving. Blocks to receiving can have nothing to do with money at all, and all to do with the relationships and experiences in our past.

Inner healing work is required in order to release these blocks, which can be anything from forgiving someone, to realising that you have taken on someone else's belief that you are not worthy in some way. In order to release these blocks it's important to know what they are - this is where a psychic can help you. You can do this yourself though, you can meditate on releasing your blocks to abundance and in the meditation take note of what thoughts and memories come up. These are your keys to unlocking the blocks. Examine each one in detail, how it makes you feel, how it might be stopping you from receiving,... Then when you are ready to let it go release it and forgive everyone involved - including yourself for having created these lessons for yourself.


Once your abundance blocks are removed then your abundance manifestation will work. You'll be saying the affirmations, asking for more money, remaining positive and it will start to show up in your life.


Here is a way that you can start to feel better about money if you have been living in lack for some time:

Open a high interest bank account.
Every time you receive some money from any source, put 10% of it into your high interest account.
Even if you think that you have no excess money to be able to do this, do it anyway and you will start to notice some great things happening.
This savings account is not to be touched. This money isn't for spending at all. This money is there to make you feel secure - that there is always some money to fall back on if necessary. This money is there to make you feel good that you are generating some savings. This money is there to make you feel abundant as you see the figures in that account rising every week.

If you start doing this you will notice that the universe will suddenly start giving you more money. You are using your money in a better feeling way and that better feeling manifests more money faster than any amount of affirmations and asking ever will.

Once this account has the equivalent of 3 months of your usual income in it. Open a new higher interest/less-easy access account and start to put your 10%'s in that one until it, too, holds 3 months of your usual income. Continue doing this until you are not only feeling abundant, but are truly experiencing abundance.

We are entering into a week with extremely strong healing energy. It is important that we enter this week with awareness so that we can make best use of this healing energy rather than react to what it brings up for us.

This week is all about facing the situation, about facing our roles within relationships with awareness so that we can release the dysfunctional roles that we have been playing, release the issues that we have held close to us, release the attachments to family issues and build healthy boundaries. These are all going to be highlighted for us all this week and so it is best to be leading this drive with your awareness and doing the inner work required yourself while this supportive energy is present.

It takes strength and courage to face the situation, to own your part in continuing dysfunctional roles, in upholding family issues, in prolonging inner issues before they are released. We each have some emotional gain in sustaining these issues and it requires inner strength to know that the benefits of release far outweight the benefits of holding onto them.

In family situations and in relationships it is important that this is brought out into the open this week, as one person releasing their roles will cause a domino effect. If you want to have good relationships be open about what you are releasing and warn your loved ones that if they don't do the corresponding releases of their issues then things might get very interesting and uncomfortable!

This week could see the start of many relationships falling apart when this inner work isn't being done, and many more becoming stronger as this inner work is done with awareness.

This is the Be Healing weekly reading for the week starting 16th January 2012.

This week the angel guides ask us to look into what we have been procrastinating about. They ask us to finish any unfinished jobs. They ask us to look into why we have left some things outstanding, and to get moving on completing them. This is a great time to be releasing everything that is in our past, and that includes unfinished projects, which keep us tied to the past. Make a list of all the things that you need to do in order to complete anything that is left undone, and go through the list this week ticking them all off as you complete them. This release will allow you to move forward in other areas of your life with ease.

We are also asked to focus on intimate relationships. They ask that we share ourselves with our partners, our feelings, our thoughts, our dreams. We are encouraged to ask our partners what they really want from life too. This is all about renewing our bigger visions, both for ourselves and for our relationships. If you are not in an intimate relationship you are asked to do the same thing by yourself, decide what your long term vision is for yourself, decide what kind of relationship you would like, too.

This is a great week to move forward, the energy is motivational and so we must release all that is keeping us in the past and allow ourselves to move forward toward our biggest goals. What is your gift for the world? What do you want to bring to the world? Hold this vision, daydream about it, set reminders for yourself on your phone, in your diary, or on your calendar about what you vision is to keep you on track and keep all of your manifestational energy directed on it.

This is the Be Healing weekly reading for the week starting 9th January 2012.

This week the angel guides ask us to take our time. Do not rush anything. Don't try to do too many things at once. Take one step at a time. They ask that we be compassionate toward ourselves and not ask too much of ourselves. Allow yourself to honour your energy levels, there is nothing that you should do, only what you want to do. Action need only be taken when you are feeling good about something, not rushed, or guilty or any negative emotion.

The angel guides say that we are slipping into a time of grace. This means that we all need to align with grace in order to be able to experience this. Grace is a state of being where you are in the flow, where everything goes your way without much effort, it's a state of ease where magic seems to happen all around you. This is available to you now, align with it by believing it.

The angel guides say that for those of you who have been waiting on some news, or something to complete in your life, maybe the end of some hard times, this communciation is coming very soon, they ask that you are patient and remain optimistic, always expecting the best to happen will manifest it into being.

This week's reading comes from a direct channeling from the Lemurian Masters which took place in a mass healing webinar on Friday just before the new year. They asked me to share this information with you all, whether you attended the healing or not.

This week, and running into next week we have a heightening of global energy, this means that we are having to raise our vibrations physically considerably in these weeks. This takes lots of effort, although we are not aware of it, and therefore is leaving us feeling tired, drained or feeling like we don't want the holiday to end just yet. Trust this feeling, it is far more important that we allow our bodies to raise our vibrations than it is to do anything else at the moment.

Health issues will be annoying many people this week. This is because to raise our vibrations to be in line with the planet this week requires us to release past emotional scars and little nuisances. As these are being released you might find that you get memories back of things that you have done or said in the past which make you feel bad, embarrassed, guilty, shame,... These are not big issues, but rather small issues yet which still have this emotional tie to them and therefore need releasing. As these are released, the body is also releasing the corresponding stuck energy within it, so you might find that you get some aches and pains, or other health issues, turning up. The Lemurian Masters say that it is important not to worry about these health issues that come up in the next few weeks, they are just releases and the more we can detach from them and release them too, the quicker they will be gone.
